Some artists find the stage. Others are born for it. Emani Parks is the latter.

Making her return to live theater in Strange Love, Emani embodies the complex and compelling role of Cheryl, a performance rooted in truth, vulnerability, and layered storytelling. For Emani, this festival isn’t just another credit, it’s a full-circle moment. “I get to touch the STAGE AGAIN,” she shares, echoing a sentiment felt by many artists who’ve started in theater before expanding into broader mediums.

Her journey began at just eight years old in musical theater and hasn’t paused since. With professional training through high school, a college degree in TV/Film Production, and a minor in Intensive Acting, Emani has honed her artistry across platforms. Whether it’s on stage, in front of the camera, or behind it, she brings intentionality and excellence to every role and every room.

But the dream doesn’t stop here. This year, Emani is stepping boldly into a new chapter, producing her own short film and submitting it to festivals. As a writer, actress, and director, her voice is only growing louder, and more powerful.

🎬 “I’m not just chasing the dream, I’m creating it.” – Emani Parks
